Responsibilities Daily Event Management: Includes timely and accurate creation and monitoring of the daily Proline games lists and events. Support Sales and Prize Expense Targets: Maximize the number of attractive offerings for sale on the daily list. Seek new market opportunities. Stakeholder Support: Be resourceful and knowledgeable in handling all internal requests for information in an accurate and timely manner. Issue Management: Report on and manage issues as they arise through to completion using documented procedures when available, and exercise good judgment on how, when, and to whom to escalated. Qualifications Strong numerical and mathematical skills. High attention to detail and action oriented. Team player with good interpersonal skills. Ability to work varying shifts. Working knowledge of Excel. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and make quick decisions. Education and Requirements Studying in post‑secondary education in a business or related program. Must be 19 years of age or older by start date. Must reside in Atlantic Canada. Recruitment Process Our typical recruitment process includes two in‑person interviews, an assignment and/or scenario‑based questions to assess your knowledge, behavioral or cognitive assessments and verification of relevant certifications where applicable. All interviews are conducted in English, our primary working language unless otherwise specified. The successful candidate will be required to undergo reference checks and a mandatory criminal background check. Depending on the role, financial, educational and credential verifications may also be conducted as part of our comprehensive hiring process. Position: 0.56 FTE Sports Leadership Teacher & Athletics Director (temporary) End Date: June 30 2026 or upon return of the incumbent Our educational team is committed to engaging learners to develop creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, communication and social skills. Educators use and develop best practices through meaningful and purposeful collaboration and inquiry. Sports Camp Daily Administrator – Sports Camp (Montréal, QC) Primary responsibilities: Collaborate with the Children's Programming Manager in the planning, supervision, scheduling and delivery of the summer sports camp. Serve as the principal on‑site lead for sports camp. Primary contact for parent inquiries. Verify and prepare payroll documents for approval and, when necessary, serve as a delegate in the manager's absence. Record hours for payroll (absentee, late arrivals or early departure). Manage counsellor incidents. Assist section leaders with camper incidents. Ensure administrative documents are up to date (absences, t‑shirt lists, schedules, bunk lists). Collect and assist in reviewing staff evaluations. Notify client services of any communications with parents (consult marketing/communications). Adhere to the protocols outlined by the Quebec Camp Association. Other Qualifications CPR/First Aid preferred, DAFA certification strongly recommended. 3 years minimum of camp experience. 2 years minimum in a leadership role at a camp. Knowledge of Spectrum preferred. Must be proficient in Excel. Bachelor of Education complete or in progress. In order to be considered for this position, the selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal background check. Expected number of working hours (no weekend work): 10 hours between May 1 and June 13 40 hours between June 14 and August 8 10 hours between August 11 and August 15 Note: To work at McGill University, you must be authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based. #J-18808-Ljbffr
