Role Summary The Back of House Specialist enhances the customer experience by managing back‑of‑house operations and omni‑service processes. They prioritize product flow and replenishment based on merchant impact, adhere to processing and tagging standards, support timely visual execution, and maintain organization in both the sales floor and back‑of‑house. Strategically processing order queues prevents backlog, and store technology is used to ensure a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience. Additionally, they maintain packaging standards to exceed customer expectations. Role Responsibilities Strategically prioritize product flow and replenish based on merchant impact; process order queues and daily workload to prevent backlog, limit cancellations, and prioritize expedited orders. Adhere to proper processing, tagging, visual merchandising, and packaging standards to exceed customer expectations. Support timely execution of product placement and other visual priorities. Keep the sales floor and back‑of‑house clean and organized so product is easy to find and restock. Effectively use store technology to ensure a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience. Lead and execute the product flow process: receipt, processing, security tagging, preparation for the floor, and placement. Oversee back‑of‑house standards, keep receiving, shipping, stock, and supply areas clean and organized, and uphold store safety and inventory accuracy. Maintain fill rates and brand standards across omni and in‑store processes. Manage organizational standards for supply needs, technology, workstations, order staging, and pickup areas. Facilitate the transfer of online products back to the warehouse. Communication & Relationships Communicate daily with the leadership team regarding omni, shipment, restock, and back‑of‑house organization. Proactively escalates issues that may impact company standards. Collaborate with store leadership to share progress and support needs. Set an energized pace to maintain omni‑channel standards and service level agreements. Role Qualifications Ability to work flexible hours to meet store product flow and omni‑channel demand, including mornings, nights, and weekends. Proven track record in leading operational processes and achieving measurable results. Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
