We’re currently looking for a Back of House Manager to join our team.
- **Position**:Back of House Manager
- **Number of job vacancies**: 1
- **Working Hours**:30 per week, 5 days a week
- **Wage**:$36.60 per hour
- **Job Type**:Full-time
- **Benefits**: 10 business days of vacation per year

**Main duties**
- Planning and organizing the operations of the restaurant including kitchen and back of house staff.
- Recruiting staff and overseeing staff training.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and report daily sales when closing shifts.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for cost of ingredients and scheduling delivery dates as required.
- Assist with service whenever required.
- Ensuring dress code for staff is followed and quality of food being served meets standards.

**Requirements/Education**
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is required.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
- English Mandatory
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Be able to work under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Time management and decision-making skills are required

Pay: $36.60 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
