Our growth is driven by two strategic pillars: Direct to SME - E-commerce Sellers - Expanding our reach to e-commerce sellers in US on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay and Shopify. Platform Partners - Leveraging its technology and use of alternative platform data, CrediLinq extends and embed credit solutions on partner's platforms (e.g. E-commerce and freelance marketplaces; banking and accounting systems; procurement, logistics and supply chain platforms, etc.) Together, these pillars create a robust ecosystem that supports SMEs in every stage of their financial journey. Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our lending and embedded finance product strategy. This is a high-impact role for a hands‑on product leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs, and technology. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle - from defining vision and roadmap to execution, launch, and growth. You’ll partner cross‑functionally with engineering, risk, operations, and external partners to design scalable financial products that redefine SME lending. What you'll do Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for embedded finance offerings including credit lines, term loans and BNPL solutions tailored for SMEs. Align product initiatives with company strategy, customer needs, and market trends. Identify opportunities for innovation in digital lending, alternative credit scoring, and payments. Product Development & Execution Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories. Collaborate with engineering, design, risk, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality features. Drive end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, MVP, launch, to scaling. Work with leadership to prioritize backlog, manage trade‑offs, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Deeply understand customer journeys, pain points, and financial behaviours. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities. Stakeholder Management Partner with engineering, business, operations, and risk teams to ensure products meet regulatory and operational standards. Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and updates to senior leadership and external partners. Performance & Growth Define KPIs and track product performance across adoption, portfolio quality, and revenue impact. Continuously iterate based on feedback, analytics, and market dynamics. Support GTM strategy with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption. What you bring 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years in fintech, digital lending, or payments. Strong understanding of SME credit products (term loans, credit lines, invoice financing, BNPL for business, etc.) and digital payments ecosystems. Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2B financial products. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Strong technical collaboration skills; ability to work closely with engineering and data teams. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in a fast‑paced startup/scale‑up environment is a plus. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks for lending and payments is highly desirable.
