We’re seeking a highly innovative and collaborative Senior IT Product Manager to join our team.The Senior Product Manager will be dedicated to the suite of technology products that power the heart of our business, our Reservation Management System (RMS). The RMS is at the center of what drives our guest and team member experiences. Pursuit of our 2030 strategic goals requires that these technology products both evolve and develop a multitude of net new capabilities in the years to come.Key Areas of AccountabilityStrategic Leadership: Contribute to developing the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Collaborate with senior leaders to set quarterly objectives and problems to solve, guiding the product team to achieve themGuest Focus: Engage regularly with guests, championing their voice and ensuring their needs and feedback are central to product development decisionsCross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong internal partnerships with engineering, design, marketing, sales, finance, and operations teams and foster external relationships with business partners and customers. Work with technical architect and engineering team to ensure technical feasibility and optimal solution designMarket & Data Analysis: Conduct thorough internal and external research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, using data to inform and drive product strategyProduct Development: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to value realization by ensuring the delivery of timely insights, prototypes, tests, and solutionsRisk and Compliance: Ensure products comply with relevant standards, security protocols and regulatory requirementsPerformance Metrics: Establish and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure product success and inform future strategies, consistently communicating results back to senior leaders and cross-functional partnersInnovation: Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging creative solutions and continuous improvement across product teamsQualificationsEducation/ Certification/ LicensesBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferredExperienceMinimum of 8 years in product management or related roles (ex. engineering, design, delivery, product marketing)Proficient in the product operating model, agile methodologies, and product development lifecycleSkillsStrong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive resultsWork EnvironmentCorporate Office – Vancouver based; hybrid role with a minimum 3 days / week in the officeCompensationThe base salary offered for this role is $110,000 to $125,000 per annum and can vary based on job-related expertise, qualifications, experience and internal equity.Eligible for Armstrong Collective’s discretionary bonus programEligible BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life InsuranceShort term disability, long term disability benefitsTravel emergency assistanceVacation time and sick timeUp to 5% RRSP and/or TSFA matchTwo complimentary annual train tickets after first year of employmentArmstrong Collective, Rocky Mountaineer and Canyon Spirit are an equal opportunity employer, driven by our values of creating meaningful moments, being one team, and achieving extraordinary outcomes.
