Together, we help people, businesses, and society prosper in good times and be resilient in bad times.About The RoleWe're looking for a Claims Manager - National Large Loss Property to join our growing team As a Claims Manager, your claims experience and strive for excellence will help you successfully manage the day to day operations of our National Property Large Loss team.This position is a full-time permanent position that can be based in any of our Quebec or GTA offices.What You'll Do HereManage the day to day operation of the Property Large Loss team to ensure results produced meet team, department, corporate, Provincial and regulatory standards and goals; provide regular feedback to leadership on results.Achieve essential business goals and meet customer service expectations.Provide technical oversight and guidance with a focus on indemnity and expense control, as well as, optimal customer experience.Act as claims authority within areas of expertise and provide direction on such issues as policy interpretation, quantum analysis, reserving and technical issues. Settle large or complex claims within authority or escalates issues as necessary.Continually assess and improve workflows to ensure efficiency.
