The role of a Team Lead is to lead the team to deliver world class esthetic services and maximize sales, while cultivating excellent relationships with guests and team members.

**_Job Functions_**
- People Management _
- Hiring: refer and source potential new hires
- Onboarding: support with new team members onboarding and training
- Engaging: create and contribute to a positive and inspirational work environment
- Scheduling: ensuring schedule integrity, by maximizing team availability
- Learning: provide coaching and feedback to elevate the performance of our people
- Developing: to develop top talent by providing coaching and feedback to all teammates
- Sales Management_
- Ensuring team and guests are educated on accurate product knowledge
- Lead the team to sell retail product and advance all clientelling efforts
- Business Management_
- Assist in keeping the boutique and product displays well maintained and assist with the daily operations.
- Overseeing inventory counts, all boutique orders, and any Risk related queries

**_What We Look For? _**
- Must be a beauty care fanatic
- Two years of management experience is preferred.
- Post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience within the industry (spa, beauty, cosmetics, fashion) is fantastic
- Ability to multitask is required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiastic and extremely personable.
- Reliable, dependable and self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
