**Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content & Creative Coordinator. As the Content & Creative Coordinator at Rival Boxing Gear, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining our brand's visual identity and narrative. You will be responsible for developing engaging content across various platforms, ensuring that our brand message resonates with our audience of fighters and boxing enthusiasts. This role requires a blend of creativity, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the boxing gear industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, especially those relevant to video content. Implement trends innovatively to enhance the visibility and appeal of our brand within the boxing community.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our boxing gear to highlight their performance features and durability.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all video content, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring a unified visual identity.
- Develop, shoot, and edit short-form videos tailored for various social media platforms, including TikTok and Instagram, showcasing our gear in action.
- Coordinate bi-monthly/monthly photoshoots to produce compelling visual content for our products.
- Brainstorm original ideas for social media posts that effectively promote our boxing gear and engage our audience of fighters and enthusiasts.
- Create platform-specific content (e.g., stories, TikToks, reels, graphics) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target demographic in the boxing community.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the sports or fitness industry. Please provide your portfolio demonstrating your best work as a content creator.
- Proficiency in using content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro) to produce high-quality visual content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our brand message and connect with our audience.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail to ensure the visual appeal and quality of our content.
- Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative content ideas that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with boxing enthusiasts.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing trends within the sports industry.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
