Flexibility is crucial as you'll be required to operate autonomously or under the guidance of senior lawyer within an expanding team dynamic.What you will need to succeedTo qualify for this role, candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience. A strong understanding and expertise in wills and estates law and procedures, including estate planning (such as drafting wills, power of attorney, and trusts), estate administration, probate of wills, are essential. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional, cost-effective, and responsive legal services to clients.
