The firm has a broad-based practice which includes bankruptcy/insolvency, business law, commercial lending, commercial litigation, commercial and residential real estate, condominium law, employment and labour law, family law, immigration law, planning and development law, personal injury, wills and estates, and tax law.

We are seeking a Wills & Estates Law Clerk to join our successful and growing team in our Barrie location.
- Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario;
- Applicants should have 4+ years of experience in estates planning and administration;
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment;
- Experience with real estate will be considered an asset.
