We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our successful and growing team in our Barrie location. This position will be involved in corporate organizations, and re-organizations, structured financings and private placements, business acquisitions and dispositions, and in drafting and negotiating all manner of general corporate and commercial agreements.
- Strong professional and academic credentials
- Minimum 5 years of experience in of related experience in private practice
- Excellent drafting skills, a proven ability to handle files independently and as part of a team, and a desire to exceed expectations
- Excellent communication and networking skills
