This position requires considerable knowledge of the methods and techniques used in recruiting, interviewing, and testing applicants, as well as, the ability to understand and apply the terms of the collective agreements, exercise tact and discretion in processing confidential materials, and effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment. Performs related work as required.
