Product: Space App – tech & gadget marketplace Job Type: Contract (3–6 months, with potential extension) About Space App Space App is a new tech-only marketplace by Kspace Technologies where buyers discover trusted resellers (phones, laptops, accessories, smart home gear) and new gadget brands trying to break into the market. We’re building the home for tech lovers, creators, and gadget brands. We are hiring a Marketing Campaign Manager whose main goal is to: Bring sellers and influencers/creators onto the platform. Help Space App go viral across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. What you’ll do Seller & Influencer Acquisition (Top Priority) Build and manage outreach campaigns to recruit tech resellers, D2C gadget brands, and tech content creators. Identify and contact potential partners on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. Create and send outreach scripts, emails, and DMs; manage responses and follow-ups. Pitch Space App value clearly and move. Set up tracking for every seller/creator (codes, links, referral tracking). Virality & Launch Campaigns Plan and run campaigns designed to make Space App highly shareable and viral (challenges, UGC campaigns, giveaways, bundle drops, etc.). Work with influencers to co-create content that drives installs and signups. Coordinate launch pushes around key dates, feature drops, and city rollouts. Performance Marketing & Growth Run and optimize paid campaigns (TikTok, Instagram/Meta, Google, etc.) to drive installs, signups, and active users. Track and improve key metrics: CPC, CTR, CPI, CAC, retention, and ROAS. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Maintain dashboards/reports on new sellers onboarded. Analyze installs, signups, and active users coming from each campaign or partner. Test different angles, creatives, and incentives, and double down on what works. Turn insights into clear recommendations for product and marketing. Qualifications 2–4+ years experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or creator/influencer marketing. Have actually brought partners or creators onto a platform before (marketplace, app, SaaS, or brand collabs). Are strong at outreach: finding leads, crafting messages, following up, and closing. Have hands‑on experience with at least two platforms (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar). Are comfortable living in the data: you check numbers, not vibes, to know if a campaign works. Love tech and gadgets, and understand creator/influencer culture. Nice to Have Experience growing a marketplace or consumer app from early stage. Experience with referral or ambassador programs. Familiarity with email tools and simple automation flows (welcome, activation, re‑engagement).
