Job Description - Campaign Marketing Manager The MACH Alliance is seeking a dynamic Campaign Marketing Manager to take the lead in crafting and executing high-impact, integrated marketing campaigns and programs that drive awareness and engagement among end-user audiences. This pivotal role is at the heart of our mission, ensuring that our marketing initiatives align with top-level strategic goals of the Alliance, while amplifying thought leadership, digital engagement, live and hybrid events, and more. Collaborating closely with internal teams, Ambassadors, task forces, and the executive board, the Campaign Marketing Manager will bring MACH Alliance messaging to life with compelling, results-driven storytelling that resonates across industries and regions. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of the B2B technology landscape (including MACH technology and composable approaches) as well as an end-user centric mindset that prioritizes the end-to-end journey of organizations adopting MACH principles. From digital content and event programs to data-driven performance analysis and optimization, the Campaign Marketing Manager will oversee every aspect of campaign execution—ensuring alignment with brand identity, content excellence, and measurable impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Campaign Marketing Manager to take on a new challenge. You’ll work with a growing team and a global network of talented leaders from top agencies, brands, and tech companies. Key Responsibilities Ownership of integrated campaign planning, involving the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns for the MACH Alliance to reach end-user audiences. Campaigns will align with top-level organizational goals and objectives across thought leadership/insights, digital, offline, live/event, and hybrid campaign programs. Collaborate cross-functionally (including internal teams, taskforces, Ambassadors, and executive board) to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are on-brand and effective and will achieve successful outcomes for the MACH Alliance. Lead the creation of high-quality, compelling MACH Alliance campaigns which will include event programs, digital programs/content, blog posts and news articles, eBooks and whitepapers, website content, infographics, and more, with a deep understanding of our target audiences/ICPs, and the outcomes they are looking to achieve leveraging a composable approach and MACH technology. Have a focus on the end-to-end customer journey for organizations considering or adopting MACH, across varied persona types, regions, and industries, while continuously monitoring and analyzing feedback and performance to identify areas for improvement. Ensure all campaign content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for owned channels, 3rd party channels, search engines, and user experience. Analyze campaign performance data and web traffic, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results to drive end-user engagement. Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to support campaign execution. Communicate campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, including MD, Head of Marketing and key internal/external stakeholders. Eligibility Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Marketing with expertise in end-to-end campaign management, particularly for B2B businesses, ideally in software (SaaS technology and/or MACH experience a plus). Extensive B2B marketing experience, including market-facing roles (presentations, competitor analysis, market research). Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, content distribution channels, and event marketing. Strong project management abilities. Experience managing external marketing vendors. Exceptional copywriting skills with a knack for persuasive, results-driven content. Strategic thinker with a strong eye for design principles. Experience managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with HubSpot, WYSIWYG web editing tools, Figma a plus. Ability to travel up to 10%. Reports to: Head of Marketing Duration: Full Time (40 hours per week, M-F) Occasional evening & weekend work may be required.
