OverviewReporting to the e-Commerce Fulfilment Supervisor, the eCommerce Order Picker is a self-motivated, performance-driven individual who can perform order fulfillment and the shipping process from order inception through delivery to our customers. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to adapt to our business model and meet the following job duties and requirements.ResponsibilitiesManage customers’ ordersOperates scanners so that the proper order is picked and inventory is managed accuratelyPick items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirementsPacks items for shipping and ensure orders are accurateStages items correctly for deliveryOperates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followedPlans and monitors product storage and dispatchMaintains a high level of health and safety standardsShrink-wraps products to palletsPerforms other general store duties as neededPrevious experience working in a warehouse or retail environment is preferredExperience working with an RF scanner and computerized order system is preferredKeen attention to detail, ability to lift heavy objects, and ability to stay on feet for long periodsPositive attitude; self-motivated; actively safety-consciousAbility to work in a fast-paced, busy environmentGood communication skillsAbility to work well on a team, while being self-motivated and independent at timesQualificationsExperience in warehouse or retail environment (preferred)Experience with RF scanners and computerized order systems (preferred)Strong attention to detail and safety awarenessAbility to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periodsStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
