Job Summary Join our Unified Security Solutions department as a co‑op student and gain hands‑on experience with Hydro One cutting‑edge unified physical security systems. The role offers opportunities in operational and business writing, advanced data analytics, project coordination, commissioning, maintenance, and vendor relationship management. Responsibilities Perform data analysis, trending, optimization, and analytics to solve complex problems. Assist with process and program optimization tasks and strategies. Assist in developing physical security asset management tracking. Assist with physical security system testing and commissioning, and complete commissioning documentation. Support the physical security service and maintenance program, coordinating with external vendors and internal lines of business. Assist with physical security project tracking, coordination, and implementations. Collect and produce security metrics for internal corporate reporting and contract management. Actively participate in team meetings. Assist with administrative duties to support the physical security team. Perform other duties as assigned. Must complete mandatory Hydro One security screening. Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license. Students must be enrolled in post‑secondary studies and return to full‑time studies after the work term. Exceptions may be made for students requiring a work term to graduate. Excellent investigative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; enthusiastic about all work assignments; strong organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team and cross‑functional environments. Proficient with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access, Visio, Teams).
