Human Resources Manager II – Cintas Canada Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager II to oversee all general areas of human resources for our Canadian operations. The role includes managing turnover, recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, driving positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws. Safety leadership is essential, including training partners on safety policies and fostering a culture of safety. Responsibilities Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration. Drive positive employee relations and maintain a productive workplace culture. Monitor and ensure compliance with legal obligations (FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, and other employment laws). Ensure partners receive safety training on company policies and procedures. Promote a culture of safety at the location overall. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring, and training. A valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet. Preferred Qualifications At least 2+ years of Human Resources experience.
