In return, we promise to provide support, opportunities and performance-led financial rewards at a workplace where you can shape the future, win as a team and grow with us.About the roleWe’re looking for a Senior IT Technical Advisor - Production support to join our growing team As part of the D&A production support team, you will be part of a level 1 incident management team.What you’ll do hereTake charge of incidents, change requests (RFCs), service requests, problem solving with all needed documentation.Assist with the resolution of escalated issues and actively participating in problem management activitiesBe available for on-call support (Rotation).Participate actively with support of the month-end financial process (IFRS17) including the end of year process as defined with the Finance SLA.Participate in the management of fixes (configuration changes, migration, etc.) according to the security standards in force.Develop, implement, support and document automation to increase the efficiency of platform management.Strictly maintain team standards to ensure continuity of operations.Document the various activities and procedures according to established standards.Provide quality internal and external customer service surrounding the Company values.Participate in the documentation processes including network diagrams, utilization of monitoring/resource/inventory management tools.Collaborate with managers to develop standards in line with the company guidelines and monitor those standards.Participate in various projects to improve our infrastructure as well as business development projects.What you bring to the tableDegree or Diploma in Networking or Technology, or any combination of equivalent education and experienceAt least 5 years of experience in a similar roleExperience with financial processes and especially IFRS17 requirements will be considered a plusCustomer service focused and portrayed energy, professionalism and welcoming characteristicsCan meet deadlines and handle sensitive and pressured situationsCan identify issues and help develop strategy and tactical plans for various department initiativesCan prioritize and organize effectivelyVery good knowledge of network administration, architecture and engineering in mission-critical environments servicing large server deploymentsKnowledge of a wide variety of network equipment including but not limited to routers, switches, firewalls, denial of service mitigation, serial consoles, and load balancersExceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent documentation and communication skillsFor candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English speaking colleagues across the country.No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.#LI-HybridWhat we offerOur hybrid work model provides the balance between working from home and enjoying meaningful in-person interactions.Working here means you\'ll be empowered to be and do your best every day.
