Build your HR career with us today Benefits Extended Benefits for You and Your Family Health, Dental & Vision Care Insurance Life Insurance, Short-term and Long-term Disability Insurance Accidental Death & Dismemberment Disability Education and Savings Plans, including RRSP matching Health and Wellness Program Employee & Family Assistance Program Generous Employee Perks and Discounts Career Development Support & Promote-From-Within Culture to help you grow your HR expertise and advance your career journey What You’ll Do: Support full-cycle recruitment for warehouse roles, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes Coordinate and facilitate onboarding for new warehouse employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience Partner with Warehouse Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and support recruitment priorities Maintain HR documentation, employee files, and HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality Provide frontline support for employee inquiries related to policies, onboarding, training, and general HR matters Support internal HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives for the Warehouse Division Create and maintain reports for recruitment, onboarding, and workforce metrics Ensure compliance with internal policies, operational procedures, and workplace regulations Other miscellaneous duties assigned by the HR team Do You Fit the Part? Post-secondary education in Human Resources Experience in HR, recruitment, or a related administrative role Knowledge of warehouse or operations environments is an asset Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism Strong verbal and written communication skills A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn At Lordco Auto Parts, we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and prioritizes inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
