Fuel Transport is expanding rapidly and looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our office located in LaSalle. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will partner with business unit leaders to execute on HR strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. In addition, the Human Resources Business Partner will participate and own projects that require partnering with the broader HR team to deliver on companywide programs and services.

The successful candidate understands business priorities and interprets and anticipates industry trends and translates them in high impact HR interventions and programs. The HRBP will collaborate with clients business leaders to assess performance, retention, and enhance the overall employee experience by providing insightful data-driven recommendations.

Job Summary:
  1. Manage all aspects of human resource functions for client groups, which include but are not limited to, compensation, benefits, performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and organizational development.
  2. Collaborate, influence, and provide direct guidance to business leaders, and their teams on all aspects of workforce management and change, including building organizational capability.
  3. Reinforce company culture by taking a proactive approach to supporting and promoting the company values and culture.
  4. Partners with managers to identify solutions while fostering a secure environment for employees to bring forward concerns and facilitating effective resolution processes.
