Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?

  • Répondre aux appels téléphoniques entrants des ventes et faire des appels sortants pour fournir l'information appropriée à notre clientèle;

  • Faire la promotion et expliquer les différents produits disponibles aux client ·e s potentiel ·le s ;

  • Écouter activement et poser des questions afin de cerner les besoins des client ·e s ;

  • Faire des appels sortants ainsi que de présenter nos outils à la fois économiques, efficaces et innovateurs permettant d’effectuer une transaction immobilière.

  • Garder à jour les différents dossiers de notr e clientèle en effectuant certaines tâches administratives.

Ce qu’il te faut pour être un·e Conseiller·ère , nouvelles adhésions chez nous?

  • De l’expérience en vente et service à la clientèle;

  • Détenir des connaissances au niveau des techniques de vente;

  • D’excellentes compétences informatiques;

  • Avoir le désir de performer;

  • Savoir offrir un service à la clientèle hors pair;

  • Avoir des habiletés en relations interpersonnelles (approche client);

  • Posséder une grande capacité d’écoute;

  • Avoir un intérêt pour l’immobilier et aimer le travail d’équipe;

  • La capacité à travailler autant en télétravail qu’à notre bureau de Charny . (Les détails à propos de notre mode de travail hybride te sera présenté au cours du processus de recrutement).

  • Un salaire en fonction de ton expérience en vente débutant à 20,49 $/heure + Bonification

  • La possibilité de toucher la prime de soir et FDS (2$);

  • Un horaire variable de 37,5 heures par semaine : lundi au jeudi entre 8h30 et 19h ; vendredi 8h30 à 17h ; samedi au dimanche entre 10h à 15h;

  • Un programme d’assurances collectives payées en partie par l’employeur (assurances médicaments, dentaire, voyages, vie, invalidité, etc.) incluant un compte santé de 500$ ;

  • Une politique de vacances généreuse;

  • 5 journées de congés mobiles payés dès ton entrée en poste en fonction de notre politique ;
