Your role, your impactYour role as a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator involves assisting the Quality Manager in implementing the organization's quality management strategies. You will provide quality support from planning through completion of processes. Responsibilities Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to quality issues Identify and record quality problems Analyze statistical data as required Assist in quality internal audits Resolve any issues and discrepancies Work cross‑functionally with internal business units and coordinate with external clients Comply with the company’s rules and regulations Coordinate quality training sessions as required Maintain quality records Document quality control policies Implement quality improvement strategies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, computer science, mathematics, or a related field Proven work experience as a Quality Coordinator, Quality Assurance, or a similar role in consulting services Proficiency interpreting statistics and research data Proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Jira, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate In‑depth knowledge of the quality process and Quality Management Systems Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team Excellent communication skills and the ability to make last‑minute decisions effectively ASQC certification (preferred) Advanced English proficiency Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Quality Assurance Industries IT Services and IT Consulting Location Pickering, Ontario, Canada #J-18808-Ljbffr
