Le programme de formation en gestion de location est conçu pour être complété en 18 à 24 mois. Il offre une formation générale en gestion de location ainsi qu'une formation spécifique dans les domaines des finances, des opérations, des ressources humaines et des ventes/marketing. Le titulaire du poste sera affecté à des tâches opérationnelles et administratives en soutien à la gestion locale et régionale. Ce programme est rapide et couvre tous les aspects de l'unité d'affaires.
Principales responsabilités
- Gérer les ventes et le processus pour les appels entrants ainsi que les sollicitations sortantes
- Maintenir des données à jour et précises dans la base de données marketing de l'entreprise
- Générer des opportunités de location, de leasing et de vente de véhicules d'occasion
- Gérer tous les processus liés aux actifs de location, y compris l'entretien préventif et les normes de propreté des véhicules
- Atteindre les objectifs de part de marché de Ryder en exécutant avec succès les initiatives de vente et de marketing
- Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations de l'entreprise, locales, provinciales, fédérales et autres agences réglementaires
- Résoudre les préoccupations, problèmes et différends des clients afin de maintenir des relations durables et développer la clientèle actuelle
Responsabilités supplémentaires
- Sur une base volontaire et en fonction du calendrier, le stagiaire en gestion de location pourra être amené à assurer un rôle de représentant de garde selon les horaires établis par son superviseur
- Effectuer d'autres tâches assignées

- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale

- Capacité à s'adapter à un environnement dynamique et rapide
- Personne énergique, autonome et motivée, capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et de prospérer dans un environnement exigeant
- Capacité à établir et à entretenir des relations professionnelles à tous les niveaux de l'organisation (collègues, groupes de travail, clients, superviseurs)
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe
- Sens du détail et solides pratiques de suivi
- Bon sens commun et aptitude à apprendre rapidement
- Capacité à être relocalisé dans la région/aux États-Unis à la fin du programme de formation
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (niveau intermédiaire requis)

- Diplôme universitaire requis en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine similaire
- Une (1) année ou plus d'expérience en service à la clientèle avec résolution de problèmes (préféré)

The Rental Management Trainee is designed to be completed in 18-24 months and provides the incumbent general Rental Management training in addition to specific training in the areas of Finance, Operations, Human Resources and Sales /Marketing. The incumbent will be assigned to operational and administrative tasks in support of location and regional management. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit.
Essential Functions
- Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Maintain current and accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle Pm and cleanliness standards
- Meet overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company, local, state, federal and other regulatory agencies
- Reconcile all customer concerns, issues and disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base
Additional Responsibilities
- On a voluntary basis as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Possess a high degree of common sense and the aptitude to learn quickly
- Ability to relocate in the region/US at the conclusion of the training program
- Must be computer literate intermediate required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required business administration or similar related degree
- One (1) year or more customer service with issues resolution experience preferred
