**Summary**

The Rental Sales Associate will be responsible for acting as the front line sales agent for the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs. This requires the Rental Sales Representative to work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills.

**Essential Functions**
- Facilitates the rental of vehicles to the Company's current lease and commercial rental accounts, as well as potential commercial rental customers and consumer household needs
- Must work cross functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management while utilizing excellent customer communication skills
- Sales and Marketing; Handles sales and sales process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation
- Is responsible for executing the business unit's marketing plan
- Maintains current accurate data within the company's marketing database
- Is responsible for generating rental, lease and used vehicle sales leads
- Maintains and expand relationships with existing customer base
- Maximizes operational effectiveness by coordinating overall inventory levels to meet customer demand Customer
- Drives profitable revenue growth by maintaining and growing customer relationships
- Is responsible for overall satisfaction for all internal and external customers
- Reconciles all customer concerns, issues, disputes in order to maintain the ongoing relationship Communication
- Maintains composure when addressing stressful situations
- Clearly articulates Ryder's product and service offerings

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and managetime
- PC literacy
- Valid driver's license
- Comfort with driving large vehicles, including 28' straight trucks and tractors with standard transmission and hydraulic or airbrakes, within congested areas
- The willingness to work shifts and weekends when required
- Bilingual an asset

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree required in business, sales or marketing (asset)
- Two (2) years or more in marketing or sales required

Le Représentant des Ventes en Location agira en tant qu'agent de ventes de première ligne pour la location de véhicules au crédit-bailactuel de l’entreprise, pour les comptes commerciaux de location ainsi que pour les clients potentiels de location commerciale et pour lesbesoins des consommateurs. Le représentant des ventes en location doit donc travailler de pair avec les ventes, la commercialisation, lesopérations et la gestion des actifs en utilisant d'excellentes compétences de communication avec la clientèle.

Exigences:
Diplôme d’études post secondaires, préférablement en administration, ventes ou commercialisation (un atout)

2 années d’expérience de travail dans un poste en ventes ou en commercialisation
Fortes aptitudes en communication interpersonnelle, en communication avec les clients et en résolution de problèmes. Capacitéreconnue pour l’organisation efficace des tâches efficacement et pour la gestion du temps

Fortes compétences informatiques

Permis de conduire valide

Habileté pour conduire des véhicules lourds, incluant des camions porteurs de 28’ ou des tracteurs avec transmission manuelle etdes freins à air ou des freins hydrauliques, à des endroits achalandés

Disposé à travaillé sur différents quarts de travail et les fins de semaines au besoin

Le bilinguisme est un atout

Responsabilités:
Facilite la location des véhicules à court terme de l’entreprise pour les comptes de location commerciale, pour les clients potentielsde location commerciale et pour les besoins des consommateurs

Travaille en équipe multifonctionnelle avec les ventes, la commercialisation, les opérations et la gestion des actifs, tout en utilisantd'excellentes compétences de communication avec la clientèle

Ventes et commercialisation; S’occupe des ventes et des processus de ventes pour les appels entrants ainsi que la sollicitationexterne

Responsable de l'exécution du plan de commercialisation de l'unité d'affaires

Maintient les données exactes et à jour dans la base de données de commercialisation de l'entreprise

Responsable d’apporter des pistes de ventes de location à court terme, de crédit-bail et de véhicules usagés

Maintient et élargir les relations avec la clientèle existante

Maximiser l'efficacité opérationnelle en coordonnant l'ensemble des niveaux d’inventaire pour répondre à la demande des clients

Mène une croissance rentable des revenus par le maintien et la croissance des relations clients
