Field Sales Representative

As Canada’s Mobile Industrial/Safety Service provider of personal protection equipment and industrial fasteners, we provide solutions for our Canadian workforce. Whether it’s PPE, First Aid or Industrial supplies, we deliver locally to more customers in more communities than any other company.

We are currently seeking a Full time Field Industrial/Safety Sales Representative to join our team in Kelowna This position requires you to operate a mobile sales van.

 

Responsibilities:

  • We need an enthusiastic self-motivated individual who takes pride in their work and has a passion for their day-to-day activities along with being responsible for achieving their sales targets.
  • Increase sales through greater penetration within existing accounts, while also prospecting and building business with new accounts
  • Ensure our high Customer Service Standards are met or exceeded.
  • Customer relationship management; develop positive, long-lasting buying relationships.
  • Attend sales meetings and meet with sales manager on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to the team to ensure key performance indicators are met.
  • Operating a mobile sales van

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Post-Secondary education preferred
  • 1-3 Years of Industrial Sales Experience (Experience specifically in the Safety sector a plus)
  • A strong knowledge of the Industrial Sales market is preferred.
  • Requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work in a team setting with a diverse group of employees, managers, and outside parties.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
  • Demonstrate a friendly and professional appearance.
  • Proficient use of customer database systems and contact management software
  • Possess established skills to work with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Capable of driving a Sprinter Van
