The company is known for its commitment to innovation, quality, and affordability in the consumer electronics market.
The AP Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer, and will have an AP Clerk as a direct report.
The AP Manager will play a critical role in overseeing the AP team's operations.
This includes supervising team members, ensuring invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner, and managing payments to vendors and suppliers within specified terms.
Additionally, strategic vendor reconciliations will be conducted to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Within this role, the manager will also be responsible for ensuring objectives are met, and providing continuous coaching for improvement.
The role may involve additional tasks to support overall departmental needs.
TMGMSJob Requirements: Degree in Accounting/Finance Minimum 7+ years’ supervisory experience in AP Management Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Strong leadership skills Proficient in ERP systems Good knowledge of payroll system Ceridian Apply
