Job Description:
Pryco Global is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Building Condition Assessor/ Facility Condition Assessor. In this role, you will support our assessment projects by coordinating various aspects of the assessment process, ensuring the smooth execution of assignments, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

·       Write and prepare Facility Condition Assessment/Building Condition Assessment reports as per ASTM2018-24
·       Conduct research and gather relevant data, including property records, blueprints, and historical documentation, to support the assessment process.
·       Compile and organize assessment reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company standards.
·       Collaborate with coordinators, assessors, and other team members to facilitate effective communication and timely project delivery.
·       Provide administrative support, such as managing documentation, maintaining project files, and responding to client inquiries.
·       Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials as needed.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering or a related field to Building Science. A diploma in Architecture is also preferred.
·       Must have at least 1 year of experience in the Facility Condition Assessment/building condition assessment/ building science industry.
·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
·       Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
·       Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools.
·       Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
·       Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
·       Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Adobe.
·       Must have good report-writing skills.
·       Must have a class 5 driver’s license and must have his own car.
