Une entreprise manufacturière bien établie depuis plus de 70 ans à Montréal, est actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) commis comptable sénior ou d’un(e) technicien (ne) comptable pour rejoindre leur équipe.

À quoi ressemblera une journée typique ?
- Gestion des écritures comptables : Vous assurerez la gestion des comptes payables et recevables, en veillant à une saisie précise des écritures comptables dans les journaux appropriés pour maintenir une comptabilité à jour.
- Conciliation bancaire et des comptes : Vous vérifierez et rapprocherez les comptes bancaires et fournisseurs, garantissant l’exactitude de nos finances.
- Suivi des comptes clients et fournisseurs : Vous effectuerez le suivi des comptes clients et fournisseurs, incluant la gestion des paiements en retard.
- Participation à la Préparation des états financiers : Vous participerez activement à la préparation des bilans, des états financiers et d’autres rapports financiers avec rigueur et précision.
- Gestion des dépôts : Vous veillerez à ce que les dépôts bancaires soient effectués correctement et dans les délais impartis.
- Autres mandats connexes : Vous contribuerez à divers projets comptables et financiers selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
Votre profil :
Le profil que vous devez posséder afin d’assurer le succès de votre mission :
- Formation : DEP ou DEC en comptabilité. Une expérience professionnelle suffisante pourra suppléer au diplôme.
- Compétences : Excellente logique comptable, capacité à travailler de manière autonome, débrouillardise et sens de l’initiative.
- Travail en équipe : Vous aimez collaborer et vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement d’équipe dynamique et collaboratif.
- Bilinguisme : Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Expérience : De 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence avec une expérience dans le domaine de la construction.
Sera considéré comme un atout :
- Expérience avec Sage 300.
