Role Description
This is a full-time role in our Kamloops manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for designing and estimating custom LV switchgear, MCC, control panel and similar automation solutions. This is a position for an experienced electrical designer who is looking to take on a leadership role within a growing organization.

Qualifications
Extensive experience designing LV switchgear, motor control systems, VFD panels, and control panels
Experience with CAE/CAD software, specifically Eplan P8/ProPanel and/or Fusion360
Strong knowledge UL508A, UL891, UL845, CEC/NEC and similar electrical equipment codes and standards
Estimating experience in a systems integration/electrical equipment manufacturing environment
Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications and translate them into compliant designs that meet specification and code requirements.
A passion for continuous improvement and gaining new knowledge
A proven track record of success in a similar role
