Our expectations
Reporting to the Demand & Allocation Manager - Field Support, the Replenisher - Field Support will have the main responsability of responding to various requests from stores within the Demand & Allocation team. The team plays a role in supporting stores with supply of their stores with regard to specific requests.
Your role
Processing of inbound requests via the stores' self-service portal (service now);
Follow ups with replenishers and inventory analysts;
Perform searches in various systems;
Enter data into different systems and perform the required actions;
Perform all related tasks.
The qualifications we are looking for
Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (asset);
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain management
Good sense of organization;
Have the ability to work with various technical and/or functional teams;
Be comfortable with computer systems, being familiar with SIDMA software (asset);
Being comfortable using Excel
