**Our expectations**

Reporting to the Demand & Allocation Manager - Field Support, the Replenisher - Field Support will have the main responsability of responding to various requests from stores within the Demand & Allocation team. The team plays a role in supporting stores with supply of their stores with regard to specific requests.

**Your role**
- Processing of inbound requests via the stores' self-service portal (service now);
- Follow ups with replenishers and inventory analysts;
- Perform searches in various systems;
- Enter data into different systems and perform the required actions;
- Perform all related tasks.

**The qualifications we are looking for**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (asset);
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain management
- Good sense of organization;
- Have the ability to work with various technical and/or functional teams;
- Be comfortable with computer systems, being familiar with SIDMA software (asset);
- Being comfortable using Excel
