Hi Were a friendly, busy family looking for an emotionally aware, flexible sitter for occasional care.

We have a 6-year-old son with ADHD who is curious, creative, and energetic, and a 3-year-old daughter who is calm and loving but can be clingy in the evenings when tired. Both children do best with clear routines, patience, and calm, playful energy.

Our parenting style is gentle and intentional: connect before correct, validate feelings, and hold firm but loving boundaries. No yelling, no physical punishment, and no TV (learning activities on an iPad are okay).

Care is occasional and flexible, including weekday evenings, some weekends, and date nights. I work from home, so confidence holding boundaries while Im working is important. Help with meals, bedtime routines, and tidying kid-related messes may be needed.

Pay is $15$25/hour, depending on experience and timing.

Were hoping to find someone who enjoys working with kids and would love to feel like part of our family.
