You'll be at the forefront of developing next-generation data center technologies, shaping critical infrastructure that powers global cloud computing.Key job responsibilitiesLead and develop a high-performing mechanical design engineering team across the Asia-Pacific regionDrive the team's global design consistency and standardization of mechanical systems across multiple geographical regionsManage and approve mechanical equipment innovations and design submissionsEstablish robust processes for internal design development and third-party vendor managementOversee procurement and technical specifications for mechanical Owner Furnished Contractor Installed (OFCI) equipmentManage team reporting, hiring, growth opportunities, annual goal reporting, KPIs and performance reviewsA day in the lifeImagine leading a dynamic team of mechanical engineers who are re-imagining how data centers are designed and built.
