Let's grow together Accounts receivable Analyst Department: Accounting Location: On site, Laval, QC (4204 boulevard Industriel, H7L 0E3) Type of employment: Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hours) THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Manager, Supplier Revenue/Accounts Receivable within the Accounting team, the Accounts Receivable Analyst will perform end‑of‑period aging of accounts and follow up with various internal departments as necessary. WHAT YOU’LL DO Want to start your career with us? Here's an overview of the main responsibilities of this position: Complete accounts receivable cycle: invoicing, check collection, cash receipts, end‑of‑period reports, etc. Creation of cash receipts Creation/modification of supplier records Analysis of various balance sheet accounts and production of documents required in accordance with company policy Various related tasks such as journal entries and working closely with the supplier revenue team. WHAT YOU’LL NEED We want you to join our team Here's what we're looking for: Education Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant experience Experience 3 years of experience in a similar role Knowledge and skills Possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate rigor and precision Ability to meet deadlines Ability to manage priorities and respond quickly to emergencies Customer service skills Be a good team player. Language skills Bilingualism required (Advanced French and English) both spoken and written, as the person will be required to work and communicate regularly in English while performing the tasks outlined above.
