Ce que tu fais

Analyser et évaluer des solutions pour diverses clientèles et différents besoins d’affaires

Concevoir, implémenter, développer, intégrer et personnaliser les solutions d’affaires à l’aide de Dynamics 365 CRM

Configurer des processus, créer des connexions avec des systèmes et intégrer des services tiers

Être imputable de la qualité technique des solutions implémentées, puis t’assurer que les développements respectent les standards établis

Conseiller et soutenir les intervenant·e·s internes et externes dans l’implémentation

Former et soutenir les usagers dans l’utilisation des solutions implémentées

Rédiger la documentation nécessaire au maintien et à l’évolution de l’application

Évaluer la faisabilité technologique d’un projet

Identifier les opportunités parmi la clientèle de l’organisation et participer à des rencontres clients à titre d’expert

Tes compétences

Connaissance en implémentation de solutions Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales et Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement

Expérience avec l’implémentation de CRM

Connaissance en API et en branchement de systèmes informatiques

Expérience et/ou intérêt avec Business Central

Expérience et/ou intérêt pour la gestion des licences et de la sécurité Microsoft 365

Être familier avec les concepts DevOps et CI/CD propres à la Microsoft Power Platform
