Join our forward-thinking team as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator / Power Platform Specialist We are looking for a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of Azure services to enhance our Sales & Marketing Dynamics 365 environments. This is a user-facing role requiring collaboration with internal teams and Microsoft to ensure a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain our Dynamics 365 platform, ensuring optimal system performance and user access.
  • Develop and implement solutions using Power Platform components like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Handle incident management through ServiceNow, providing prompt resolutions within SLA guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with internal development teams and Microsoft for enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Design workflows, business rules, and perform system customizations to improve functionality and automate processes.
  • Conduct regular system audits, monitor integrations, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform administration.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing products, system integrations, and data migrations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Azure services and tools like Azure Functions, Azure Data Factory, and Azure SQL Database.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly Sales, Marketing, and Power Platform.
  • Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate.

** This is a Hybrid schedule 2pm - 10pm to over a team that is located in India. Only required to come in to office 3 days a week. Can be located anywhere in Canada.
