Director Corporate Financial and Regulatory Reporting Permanent Full Time What you will do Support AVP Corporate Financial and Regulatory Reporting to lead the quarterly Management's Discussion and Analysis (MD&A) process. Collaborate with segment management, investor relations, accounting policy, and financial reporting teams to ensure disclosures are concise, value‑added, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Prepare and support the communication of complex issues with senior management, internal stakeholders, and external regulators. Liaise with FP&A and financial reporting teams to complete the quarterly Supplemental Information Package. Coach and mentor team members, developing them to be future leaders. What you will bring Extensive understanding and experience with IFRS and continuous disclosure requirements. Strong organizational and project‑management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent stakeholder‑management skills. Working knowledge of SAP and Workiva is a strong asset. Adequate knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting. Knowledge and experience with regulatory filings is a strong asset. Experience with coaching and leading a team. CPA designation is required. Location: London (ON), Toronto, Winnipeg. Base salary: $102,300 – $187,700 annually (variable compensation not included).
