We are seeking **_Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting_**.

The _Manager, Corporate Financial Reporting _plays a key role in delivering on our financial obligations providing transparency and decision-making options to our business partners. This role supports the design, implementation, enhancement, and operation of technology finance processes and reporting, procedures, controls and systems in support of the ongoing evolution of technology financial practices.

**What you will do**:

- Manages and executes month-end and quarter-end financial processes
- Supports the execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology finance reporting, tools, processes and procedures
- Supports the design, implementation and continuous improvement of financial reporting systems
- Lead and coaches a team of direct reports, providing mentorship, feedback and developmental support to help them grow in their roles and reach their professional goals
- Manages special/ad hoc projects, as required

**What you will bring**:

- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or MBA and a minimum of five years of directly related experience
- Results driven, with demonstrated leadership and aptitude for strategic, analytical and critical thinking
- Drive a high-performance culture for staff and promotes positive culture change within the organization
- Build strong and trusted relationships with internal and external partners
- Ensure effective and efficient use of financial and people resources
- Identify and invest in opportunities (processes, training, systems) to enhance individual and team effectiveness

The base salary for this position is between **$76,400.00**:

- $134,400.00** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
