What We Do Rosedale International Education Inc. (RIE) is a global education and technology provider based in Toronto, Canada, with a mission to reshape the future of worldwide education. RIE owns and operates Rosedale Global High School, which partners with international schools and government organizations to deliver the Canadian Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)program locally, using collaborative in-person programs and digital technology.

A Day in the Life

Project Planning & Execution: ·

Develop and manage project plans, scope, and objectives to align with institutional goals. ·

Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria. ·

Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements. ·

Track progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely completion.

Stakeholder Collaboration: ·

Work closely with academic staff, administrators, and external partners to ensure project alignment. ·

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to drive project success. ·

Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders.

Budget & Resource Management: ·

Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control. ·

Optimize resource allocation while maintaining quality and efficiency. ·

Identify and mitigate financial risks.

Compliance & Quality Assurance: ·

Ensure projects adhere to educational policies, accreditation requirements, and legal guidelines. ·

Maintain high-quality standards in project deliverables. ·

Address and resolve project-related issues efficiently.

Risk Management & Problem-Solving: ·

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. ·

Troubleshoot challenges and implement corrective actions. ·

Ensure contingency plans are in place to address unexpected issues.

Reporting & Documentation: ·

Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records. ·

Prepare status reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders. ·

Analyze project performance and recommend improvements for future initiatives.

LMS & Instructional Design: Expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar platforms. Strong background in instructional design, with experience in developing innovative, learner-centered educational content and curricula. Experience in integrating educational technology to support diverse learning needs and enhance the educational experience.

Who You Are Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in the education sector. Strong understanding of education systems, learning management systems, policies, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience with curriculum development and education technology initiatives. Familiarity with grant writing and funding processes in education. Strong analytical skills to assess project impact and effectiveness.
