Business Development Analyst

We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to become a key contributor to our Enterprise Group Solutions team. This is a full-time, remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with clarity and confidence, and enjoys balancing multiple priorities with precision. As part of Enterprise Group Solutions team, you’ll collaborate with top-tier professionals to craft tailored group benefits solutions for our expanding client base across Canada. This role reports directly to the Vice-President of Enterprise Group Solutions and is especially suited for individuals with a background in group insurance underwriting or group benefits who are eager to make a tangible impact on clients and see the results of their expertise in action.### ### # **The Business Development Analyst will:*** Manage daily tasks and contribute to special projects as needed* Build and analyze pricing models and financial scenarios* Conduct renewal analysis, negotiate with insurers, and develop client-ready reports and presentations* Interpret experience data, forecast budgets, and evaluate financial health of benefit plans* Lead marketing efforts by preparing request to quote documents, comparing costs, analyzing proposals, and presenting strategic recommendations* Assess the financial impact of proposed plan design changes* Create high-quality documentation to support consultants in client meetings and presentations* Supporting plan design benchmarking initiatives* Assisting clients during collective bargaining negotiations* Facilitating carrier transitions by providing financial data to service teams* Generating custom reports for consultants or clients upon request# **To be successful as a Business Development Analyst with People Corporation, you will need:**We’re looking for a candidate who brings a strong foundation in group benefits and a passion for delivering exceptional client solutions.
