Join our growing team where everyone belongs What You Will Do Manage Privacy Office inbox and phone line Review and respond to customer or policyholder inquiries Review and respond to privacy access requests Maintain log of privacy incidents Produce monthly, quarterly and year-end reports related to Privacy office activities Assess privacy incidents in collaboration with Director, Regulatory Compliance & Privacy to determine whether reportable or not based on legal standards, and complete mandatory breach reporting Conduct privacy impact assessments for new initiatives Annually review and maintain CCG, CAA Insurance and Orion privacy policies and related processes As backup for Manager, Regulatory Compliance, support day to day activities of the compliance management process, including use of Ethidex system.
