This role focuses on planning, guiding, and delivering game experiences within the FC Experience Team, collaborating with producers and game designers to inspire creative vision and ensure timely delivery.ResponsibilitiesCraft detailed directions for features you are responsible for and own messaging to team members and partners.Use player information to influence goals and design for features you lead and contribute to.Leverage competitive analysis, market opportunities, and player expectations to shape the product vision.Collaborate with developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with creative goals.Establish roadmaps for game experiences with team production leads, aligning with EA SPORTS title goals and EA.Work with Production, Art, Design, and Engineering leads to improve quality, communication, and coordination.Partner with Development Directors to manage project schedules, milestones, and sprint deliverables.Coordinate with Art, UX, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to ensure quality and timely deliverables.Engage with publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics teams.Act as the bridge between Design and Project Management to oversee experiences from concept to delivery to players.Report to the production leader of your area.Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Producer in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.Ability to perform competitive analysis and identify gaps, innovations, or trends in gaming or related industries.Understanding of features that contribute to success in the genre (mechanics, business model, visuals, gameplay, and audio).Knowledge of quality expectations in the video game and entertainment industry, including review scoring and player sentiment.Knowledge of business models and monetization as it applies to the product and genre.Strong collaboration skills and passion for working with diverse teams.Willingness to pioneer and encourage diverse perspectives.Influence and mediation skills to align teams around common goals.Familiarity with Scrum and Agile development concepts.Compensation And BenefitsThe pay ranges are provided in good faith for the listed location at the time of posting. Final pay is determined by several factors including location, experience, and role requirements.
