Our Production Execution team manages everything related to post-production, where we work to tell the story behind videos, stills and art across multiple global game franchises.

As an Associate Producer you will provide a range of administrative support to the Production Execution team as well as their partners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage communications between Production Execution and other team leads.
- Manage work schedules and multiple calendars ensuring there are no conflicts.
- Track current productions and approvals from creative concept through to delivery on a daily basis.
- Process travel and expenses.
- Oversee to-do lists, action items and deadlines for the team.
- Attend production meetings with cross functional teams to gather and distill information, track timelines, prepare meeting notes and action feedback.
- Reach out to key contacts and assist with people resource management.
- Follow up on requests, complete administrative errands and keep our leaders accountable.
- Track the day to day tasks of artist to make sure they stay on track as per the schedule set by Sr Manager/Producer
- Ensure assets are tracking on time with our production partners
- Track all asset reviews and approvals

**Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience in marketing or asset production
- Solid knowledge in post, VFX-production video processes
- Ask the right questions for context in feedback
- Communication, able to articulate clear feedback with all levels of the business.
- Clarify ambiguous and assumptive feedback
- Experience working in a Frostbite production environment a plus
- Show curiosity and passion to staying current with new media and creative trends
