This Junior Resource Management position is an essential role where you will be providing recruitment support to our Senior Resource Managers and Account Solutions team. It will give you the opportunity to grow into a Senior Resource Management role or even an Account support and Management role.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of recruitment from sourcing, evaluating resumes and calling upon potential candidates for our clients’ roles
- Supporting Senior Resource Managers while learning resourcing best practices
- Supporting Account Executives in providing a shortlist of qualified potential hires
- Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Source and contact passive candidates online and identifying potential candidates
- Documents and tracks assignments and/or candidates’ data through our industry-recognized Applicant Tracking System
- Builds relationships with our preferred candidate pool
- Attend weekly meetings with the team
- Have fun
Qualifications
- Applicants must be residents of and legally entitled to work in Canada
- An entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional drive,self-discipled and motivated
- Integrity and an unsurpassed desire for professional and personal success
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, Marketing, Communication or a graduate of a technical college OR experience in roles where your success afforded you progressively increased responsibility
- Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with high volume and tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
- Able to learn and follow proven standards and processes, while having an eye for continuous improvement
- A team player with an excellent ‘can-do’ attitude.
