Asymetric is committed to diversity and inclusion in our workplace.Duties:Support the Executive Producers in day‑to‑day tasks, including supporting project pitches and bids (research, scouting, vendor quoting, coordinating crew and equipment holds, researching and preparing talent cost estimates, breaking down scripts).Support project prep and production: maintain production materials, provide active productions with office support, assist with immigration paperwork for foreign employees, make travel arrangements for production crew.General office maintenance: maintain internal databases and files, research tools and methods for improving internal processing, collaborate with internal coordinators to share knowledge and insights.Administrative duties: maintain a presentable production office space, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate acquisition of new tools/equipment, prepare food for meetings and lunches, handle FedEx shipments, couriers and drop‑offs/pick‑ups, mailing, filing, storage, petty cash, coordinate conference calls, meetings and boardroom spaces.Qualifications:Strong written and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi‑task and work in a high‑paced environment.Familiarity with Mac computers and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Canva, Dropbox and Google Drive.Passion for film, television, photography, social media and TV commercials.Valid Ontario Full G or G2 driver’s license.Canadian PR or Canadian Citizenship.2x references. #J-18808-Ljbffr
