What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize state-of-the-art automation systems, ensuring uninterrupted production of high-quality goods.
- Collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions for engineering challenges.
- Lead and coach teams to elevate technical capabilities, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Get hands-on with exciting projects—whether it’s installing new machinery, upgrading existing systems, or rolling out continuous improvement initiatives.
