The Role The Inventory Control Clerk will monitor and control inventory stock levels, conduct physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate records in our ERP system. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, process returns and maintain safety standards at all times. Key Duties Include: Receive inventory stock and process outbound shipments as neededRecord all inventory movements in the ERP systemConduct cycle counts and compare physical stock to system recordsInvestigate and report discrepancies in a timely mannerProcess product returns as per established proceduresSupport a safe and efficient warehouse environmentComplete and maintain WHMIS and Transportation of Dangerous Goods training and all other safety training related to this positionPerform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals Qualifications High School Diploma, GED or equivalentMinimum 1-year related experience in inventory control, warehouse, and parts managementPost‑secondary education in Supply Chain Management is considered an asset but not requiredComputer proficient, experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word), and shipping softwareExperience with ERP systems, working knowledge of Ormandy is an assetStrong oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization and with internal and external stakeholdersSuperior organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time and project management skillsCustomer service experience is an assetAble to work with minimal supervisionProven ability to problem solvePossess a valid Class 5 Driver's LicenseMust have positive energy- celebrate success, be enthusiastic and choose a can‑do attitude (#SuperHighFive)Necessary to love learning, be innovative and continuously improve (Curiosity)Empower others to be their best, step up and make it happen (People Power)Own your commitments and keep your promises, hold one another accountable (Ownership Thinking) Why Choose Prairie Mobile Competitive wageComprehensive benefits including extended health, dental, vision, and moreEmployee Retention Programs including Long Term Service AwardsEmployee DiscountsRRSP Matching Program and Education Assistance ProgramProfessional training and developmentContinuous support to succeed in your role Sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position.
