Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Capturing invoices in ReadSoft with precision and within the required timeframes.Processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner using Microsoft D365 on a weekly and monthly basis.Collaborating with vendors and the Business Unit to address any invoice issues or discrepancies that may arise.Vendor statement reconciliationAs a valuable member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth functioning of our accounts payable process, helping us maintain strong financial relationships with our vendors and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.About youIn addition to a minimum of two years of relevant experience within a large organization, the ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, at an intermediate level.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective relationship-building with colleagues and customers across all levels of the organization.While not mandatory, prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be highly advantageous.A strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively plan and prioritize work activities.Why Join Us?Be part of a purpose-driven organisation with a strong commitment to innovation and sustainability.Access to professional development through our iLearn platform.Work in a supportive team environment that values growth and collaboration.About usAt GWA, we're not just a company—we're a supportive community committed to making everyday water experiences extraordinary.
