Our client is looking to hire a National Account Manager with experience selling in the hospitality industry. Role Responsibilities: Setting team sales targets and ensuring they are achieved Managing of the sales team Training, motivating and mentoring team members Recruiting, documentation and termination of sales team members Develop and maintain a close and strong relationship with sales team Daily reporting of sales teams progress Distribution of daily sales leads Developing marketing materials and sales strategies Team is following company standards and procedures Generating your own revenue and meeting monthly sales targets Visiting existing customers and developing strong relationships Cold calling potential new customers with regular follow ups Setting up appointments with key decision makers Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities Customer retention Daily updates on customer interactions and visits Submitting new customer service agreements What you need: 3 years plus sales management experience Experience in increasing revenues and new accounts Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills Strong presentation and closing skills Planning and forecasting Able to be on your feet for long periods of time Being able to use Google forms and sheets What you get: A great, forward thinking and environmentally conscious company to work for Opportunities to grow in an expanding company Cell-Phone, Laptop Medical, Dental and Life Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
