  • 7-10 years of experience, including direct experience in leading and developing products in wireless, telecom or networking industries
What you’ll do …

  • Socialize roadmaps with sales, marketing, engineering teams and customers, partners and other external stakeholders
  • Work with sales, marketing, partners and customers to translate product feedback into action via roadmap and sprint plans
  • Prepare Powerpoint presentations to clearly communicate product plans and details to constituent groups
  • Represent Shabodi in relevant external standards groups (CAMARA, O-RAN, TMFORUM) to not only aid in Shabodi’s contributions but to ensure Shabodi’s products align, remain compliant and meet needs to stakeholders
  • Drive the roadmap and plans for Shabodi’s
    • Administrative and developer portals
    • Developer programs
    • Sandbox

    • Relationship builder – create lasting linkages with people
    • Adaptability – able to move between tasks quickly and easily, ensuring top priorities are addressed at all times
    • Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Confluence, Jira – ability to communicate at high and low levels, and with diverse audiences, using a variety of tools
    • YAML, Swagger, GIT – from initial creation/specification of APIs to presentation of APIs to potential developers and/or customers
    • Product Management – you are a product manager, have done the job before, now the processes and procedures
  • Skills, knowledge and/or experience that would be a benefit:
    • Worked within a telco, a service provider or a network equipment provider, preferably directly in the 4G/5G space
    • Worked with standards groups
    • Led development of a startup/scaleup product and team, preferably within a startup company, but could also be within a large company
    • Understanding of realtime vs non-realtime
    • Understanding of application development, and how developers get their jobs done
What’s in it for you …
